Chocolate mousse



Ingredients
 150g chocolate 
20g dairy butter
 2 eggs 
 20g sugar (or 1T. sugar + 1T. Stevia) 
75g whipped cream 

Chocolate mousse


  1. Let the butter and chocolate melt. 
  2.  Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites. 
  3.  Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
  4. Lightly whip the cream.
  5.  Mix everything carefully. 
  6.  Divide into glasses.
  7. Let it cool at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. 
  8.  Decorate as desired.
